Jerene Esther Enloe, 93, of Jefferson City, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023, at Capital Region Medical Center.

She was born March 6, 1930, in Russellville, Missouri, the daughter of Arthur M.C. and Ruth Ida (Goldammer) Jungmeyer.  She was a graduate of Russellville High School.

Jerene was united in marriage on May 27, 1951, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Russellville to Bill Charles Enloe who preceded her in death on September 27, 2007.

Jerene was a homemaker for her children for several years and also worked for the Missouri Department of Employment Security, sold real estate, and worked for many years for the Real Estate Commission in purchasing and budgeting.

She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Jefferson City.  Jerene enjoyed shopping, gardening, decorating, and making crafts.

Survivors include her two children, Steve (Sigrid) Enloe, Jefferson City; Lori (Jim) Eggen, Jefferson City; five grandchildren, Vanessa (Lonnie) Beauchamp, Candice (Joe) Schaefer, Adrienne (Dallas) St. Clair, Kristen Eggen, Kyle (Erin) Eggen; ten great grandchildren, Olivia Beauchamp, Addy Beauchamp, Roch Schaefer, Avery Schaefer, Brenna St. Clair, Brogan St. Clair, Brady St. Clair, Rylan Eggen, Rylee Eggen, Nolan Eggen; two siblings, Shirley Ann Schoch Toebben, Jefferson City; and Marvin Jungmeyer, Russellville; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Enloe; a brother, Don (Berniece) Jungmeyer; and two in-laws, Carol Jungmeyer and Jerry Toebben.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, November 17, 2023, at Trimble Funeral Homes – Russellville.  A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. with Kevin Runge officiating.

Burial will follow at Enloe Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to Central Missouri Hospice or Enloe Cemetery.
