I have many many wonderful memories of Johanna and her family. Every time that they came up here to Missouri I was so excited to see them. I do remember that one time we went to Tennessee to visit her and her family and had a blast any I never forget that time we spent with her. She was a very sweet and kind person. I just loved her southern accent. Sometimes I just couldn’t understand what she was saying and I just agreed with her. LOL! That lady knew how to have a great time. She will be missed and for Denise, Sharon, Alan, Bobby, Vickie and Mike you are in prayers and have my sympathy.
With Deepest sympathy to the family

Sharon, Vickie, and loved ones, I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. My mom and Johanna were best friends many years ago. I admired your mom a lot as a child. I would have attended the services, if I had kept up on news. I’m not sure if you remember this story, but your mom and my mom were expecting babies at the same time. As best I recall, my mom says she was in St. Mary’s on the OB unit laboring, when she heard “Ginny, Ginny, is that you?” It was Johanna! They both liked the names, Barbara and Vickie, so whoever went first got to pick first. So, you can figure out the rest of the story. (Vickie, I did question my mom about her choice during my teenage years) Prayers for all of your family.
