John (Jack) Londino, age 69, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at his home in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Jack was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where he graduated from Harding High School in 1975, and went on to become a skilled carpenter, a certified hydraulics mechanic, and was tool and die certified.
Along with his son, Jeff, they began A Cut Above the Rest lawn service while in Minnesota and continued that business after moving to Missouri.
Jack was a member of Arlington Hills United Methodist Church and in Missouri, faithfully livestreamed FUMC of Jefferson City.

Jack was always willing to help family and neighbors and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
Jack is survived by his sister, Jan (Darryl) Engelhardt; nieces, Stephanie (Randy) Angerer; Jen (Joe) Allen; great-niece, Gabriella; and great-nephews, Hampton; Cavanaugh; and Dominic.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Millie and Serafin Londino; and his son and closest friend, Jeff Londino.
Private family services will be held at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or the Jefferson City Animal Shelter.

Jack and Jeff were the best Neighbors..always willing to help or just talk about the worlds events… my husband always loved talking to both of them…and asking for their opinion especially in lawn care… I will never will forget Jack and Jeff both were so excited when Jim got his new truck … they both couldn’t believe he finally did it !! We are going to miss them !!
My husband Rick and I will miss him. He was a good man. I want to tell the family we are thinking of you, God bless you all.
Words cannot express the total dismay upon learning Jack is no longer with us. Though Jack & Jeff left MN nearly ten yrs ago and we talked less often, Jack remained much a brother to us guys back here and will be fondly remembered, especially for his wit and persistence to stay on top of everyone, and still get everything done.
Jack and I grew up on back-to-back lots in St. Paul’s east side. From playing in the dirt as young boys with our Big Bruiser & Johnny Express, to building chugs and playing army with our bows & BB guns, and late night walkie-talkie chats after bed time, the journeys pedaled on our bikes to the train trestles and Lake Phalen, to test driving muscle cars over lunch hour, and detailing our cars for cruisin’ the “loop” on Friday nights, to tag-teaming the Winter Carnival medallion hunt with cb radios .. and so much forgotten, from which a friendship of sixty yrs was forged. Jack once said, we have many aquaintances along the way but few true life-long friendships. Jack lived the latter.
RIP brother Jack. Thanks for the laughs and lasting memories. We can’t be there to see you off now but we’ll catch you on down the road.
