Kevin Lee Doolittle, 59, of Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024.

He was born on July 20, 1965, in Kansas City, Kansas to Maxine Yvonne Dietzman and Gary Edwin Doolittle.

Kevin was a 1983 graduate from Sumner Academy High School.

He served his country in the U.S. Marines. He was proud to have been part of the Presidential Helicopter Squadron. 

Kevin loved spending time with his children and especially his grandchildren. He liked meeting up with his friends to have lunch or just to talk. He loved sports, especially bowling and watching KU basketball. He was always there to help anyone if they needed it and would ask for nothing in return. He was truly a Family man and a friend to everyone he met. 

Survivors include his children, Jacob (Jamie)Doolittle and Erika Doolittle; his mother, Maxine Dietzman; seven grandchildren; Josie, Wesley, Jolene, Joanna, Joelle, Willow and Jarrett Doolittle; siblings; Troy (Pam) Doolittle, Gary (Andee) Doolittle and Wendy Doolittle.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, sister, Phyllis McGhee, and nephew, Brett Doolittle.

Celebration of Kevin’s Life will be on August 3, 2024, with visitation at 12 p.m., service at 1 p.m. and a dinner to follow, at New Life Assembly of God, 4824 Marion St. Russellville, MO.
