Kristie Lynn Frank, 68, Holts Summit, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021, at her residence.

She was born January 30, 1953, in Boonville, Missouri, the daughter of the late Roger William and Gloria “Earlene” (Lindsey) Biesemeyer.

Kristie was a 1971 graduate of Jefferson City High School.

She was married on November 6, 1971, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jefferson City to Robert Christopher Frank, who resides at the home.

For over thirty-five years, Kristie worked for the State of Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services as a loan processor.

Kristie enjoyed playing cards, shopping and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; a daughter, Kaitlin Elizabeth (Steven) Kempker, Tipton; seven grandchildren, Joseph Christian Frank, Jr., Elisabeth Lynn Frank, Christopher Daniel Frank, McKenzie Jo Frank, Tatum Frank, Joslyn Noel Kempker, and a new granddaughter to be born in September, Jaclyn Earlene Kempker; her siblings, Kathie (Robert) Redel, Jefferson City; Mark (Tammy) Biesemeyer, California; Kimberlie Foster, Columbia; Eric (Leslie) Biesemeyer, Jefferson City; and Kami Biesemeyer, Jefferson City; a brother-in-law, Fr. Richard Frank, Jefferson City; sisters-in-law, Caroline Frank Nations, Martinsburg; Carolyn (Harold) Ousley, Jefferson City; Alice (Buddy) Bax, Jefferson City; Margie Mueller, Jefferson City; Chrissy (Bob) Nusser, Russellville; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Joseph Christian Frank, Sr., her mother and father-in-law, Ernest A and Emily M. Frank, Sr., and her brother-in-law, Ernest Frank, Jr.

Visitation will be 10-11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Concord Baptist Church.

Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Concord Baptist Church with the Rev. Monte Shinkle officiating. Her service will be live-streamed from Concord Baptist Church website at www.concordjc.org.

Private family burial will be held at Riverview Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to Callaway Hills Animal Shelter.

  1. We spent a lot of time together as kids thanks to our grandmother. Christmas time in front of the prickly cedar tree with the bubble lights and so much more.
