Linda Lee Wunderlich, 77, of Russellville, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at her residence.

She was born September 15, 1947, in Jefferson City the daughter of Julia Frances Tipton and Harley “Toby” Karr.  She attended Jefferson City High School.  Linda was united in marriage on June 6, 1964, to Alvin Wunderlich.

Linda began working for McGraw-Edison in the early 1960’s and later in 1984, she joined Johnson Controls in Jefferson City as a quality control inspector.  She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church – Stringtown.  Linda was an active member and volunteer for the Russellville Lions Club.  She could be found year after year at most events in the concession stand at the Lions field.  She also loved to watch and support all Russellville school sports.  Linda spent a lot of time outside enjoying windchimes, working with flowers, searching for antiques at auctions, helping support animal rescue causes and shelters, decorating for Halloween, and drinking one of her favorite drinks Pepsi or Bud Light.  Above all, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Deanna “Dee” Raithel, Jefferson City; Sheila (Mike) Hagen, Lohman; Angela (Josh) Colbert, Lohman; seven grandchildren, Randi (Trent) Boehner, Aric (Melanie) Raithel, Marah (Tyler) Hearst, Alexandria (Garrison) Castor, Gabriela Kauffman, Isaiah Kauffman, Dacey Colbert; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; and two brothers, James Karr and Richard Karr.

Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2025, at Trimble Funeral Homes – Russellville.  Following the visitation, everyone is invited to Humpy’s Bar and Grill for a toast to Linda.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025, at St. John’s Lutheran Church – Stringtown with Pastor Brian Whittle officiating.

Memorials are suggested to the Russellville Lions Club.
