Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Michael, Eric, Scott, and Family so sorry for your lost. So many happy Easter memories at the lake. RIP sweet Lisa.

  2. So very sorry to hear of Lisa’s passing. I will always remember her smile, twinkling eyes, love of birthdays, and helping with the dinner dishes. She loved doing the dishes. I was trying to help with the dinner dishes. She looked at me like have you every done dishes before. Music was her passion. She would sit for hours and listen to her records. I know Lisa sang You Are My Sunshine to Jesus as He wrapped His arms around her. Love and miss you. Jana and Bob

  3. I was so saddened to hear of Lisa’s passing. She had a smile and laugh that lit up every room she entered and I will cherish the times we spent together at the lake. I find comfort knowing that she is at peace and reunited with Aunt Ruth and Uncle Bill. My deepest condolences to Michael, Eric, Scott and your extended families. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

  4. Wanda Tomlin In memory of my dear cousin Lisa. She was the happiest person I have ever known. She always had a smile on her face and would relate something she was excited about. My Dad taught her to sing You Are My Sunshine and would accompany her on the guitar. Lisa was a delight to be around and will be missed.

  5. I will never forget Lisa’s infectious smile and love of life and family. I have many memories of our families enjoyable times at lake. Lisa will always have a big presents in my heart.

  6. Lisa will forever have a special place in my heart! She was like a sister to me,’ we grew up together. We rode bikes, read books, played with dolls, went to our farm, enjoyed visits to central dairy & Pizza Hut, listened to bluegrass music & giggled while talking about her boyfriends, her group outings & dances. She never forgot a birthday! She was always so happy & excited about the little things in life—things I took for granted. She taught me a lot about life. I will always treasure the memories! I love you Lisa! Big hugs! Give your mother a hug & kiss from me!

  7. Dear Lisa, We spent so much time together as kids. We played together endlessly in the back room at Aunt Ruth and Uncle Bill’s house. You always always had a huge smile and you were always excited when we were able to play together. I did get us in trouble at Grandma Johnson’s when we got into her Gardenia perfume. We smelled really good, although Grandma Johnson didn’t have any perfume left. You were always so excited when we pulled up and would greet us with your huge smile and then we would be off on our adventures. Playing in the back yard and in the big Missouri trees. I learned so many things from you as that I never realized until I was much older because it was so natural for you. Your endless positivity and love for everything taught me at a very young age to be so thankful for everything, even though I did not realize it until much later. You made a huge impact in my life and how I live my life and how I have raised my children. Be thankful and grateful, and gracious because you taught me that without even knowing. It has been truly a privilege having you in my life. All my love my dear dear cousin!
