Lora Janette Moreland, 46, of Jefferson City, died Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born on March 25, 1962, in St. Louis, the daughter of John Carter Spencer and Dorothy Mae Molencupp Spencer Rollins. Her father survives in Waynesville, Mo. Lora was a homemaker and was a very caring mother. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. Survivors include her father and his wife, John and Irene Spencer, Waynesville; one daughter, Katrisha Moreland, Rolla; one sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Todd Bogatzke, Rolla; two brothers and sister-in-law, Eugene and Mary Spencer, Taos; Ernest and Alberta Spencer, Jefferson City; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, and a son, Matthew Moreland. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Credille officiating.
