She was born in Jefferson City to Ben G. Pringer and Lena Wilbers Pringer. She was married on May 19, 1925 in Wardsville to Edward Bernard Rackers who died on May 31, 1980. She is survived by one son, James O. Rackers, Wardsville; three daughters, Martha Stegeman, Taos; Gladys Kempker, and Rita Grothoff, both of Wardsville; fourteen grandchldren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson and two step great-great-granddaughters; two sisters, Evelyn Bode, Osage Bend; and Mabel Bernskoetter, Jefferson City; and two brothers, Cletus Pringer and Eugene Pringer, both of Jefferson City. She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Nicholas Rackers. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church; Ladies Sodality; Prayer Line; and Over-50 Club. Memorials are suggested for Masses or to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church Building Fund, 6414 Rt. W. Jefferson City, MO 65101.
