She was born to Robert Clarence and Mary Lydia Brandmeier Osman in Millington, Tennessee. Her father survives in Cocoa Beach, Florida. She was employed in the commissary at McCord Air Force Base, Tacoma, Washington; as a caregiver with Homemaker Health Care, Linn; and as a programmer with the Missouri Department of Agriculture, Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan, Missouri Department of Health, and the Missouri Department of Corrections. Other survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth M. Worthy, Linn; a son, Jonathan J. Worthy, Jefferson City; six sisters, Anne M. Osman, Mountain Grove; Cecilia C. Podzimek, Bucklin; Mary T. Willson, Huntsville, Alabama; Rose A. Zeringue, Houma, Louisiana; and Rita C. Huff and Jane E. Osman, both of Jefferson City; and four brothers, Joseph M. Osman, Utica, New York; Robert C. Osman, Eugene; John H. Osman, Cedar Park, Texas; and William A. Osman, Jefferson City. A member of the Roman Catholic faith, she was recently elected vice-president of the H.D.C. Housing Commission; and was a volunteer with Relay for Life. Memorials are suggested to an Educationl Fund for her children at Linn State Bank, Main Street, Linn, MO 65051. She served in the United States Air Force from 1978 to 1991. She was a 1973 graduate of Jefferson City High School; a 1997 graduate of Linn Technical College; and attended Columbia College.
