She was born in Marshall to Henry Carl Lubensky and Adele Gertrud Biesemeyer Lubensky. She was married on December 5, 1945 in Marshall to Harry Dale Evans who died on March 1, 1995. She is survived by a son, Eric E. Evans, New Bloomfield; a daughter, Karen G. Evans-Finley, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; and two brothers, Lloyd C. Lubensky, Northridge, California; and Earl H. Lubensky, Columbia. She served alongside her husband during his twenty-year military career. She was employed as an executive secretary for several public officials, and for the plant mangaer at Cheseborough-Ponds for twenty-five years until retiring in 1992. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church; the Altar Society; Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary; the American Legion Auxiliary; and Meadow Lake Acres Country Club. Memorials are suggested to the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 17, 5054 Monticello Road, Jeffeson City, MO She was a 1943 graduate of Marshall High School, and a 1944 graduate of Chillicothe Business College.
