Mary Oneta Blake, 70, Jefferson City, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2005, at home. She was born on Oct. 12, 1935 in Clark, MO, the daughter of Carl Thomas and Edith Florence Current Graves. She was married on June 17, 1960 in Centralia, MO to Robert Lewis Blake who died on Feb. 9, 1998. A 1953 graduate of Renick, MO High School, she was employed with Scholastic, Inc., Jefferson City, for over twenty years, retiring in 1999 and with First Assembly of God Church for twenty-two years where she was a member. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Jim Tomblinson, and Joyce and Tim Kennedy, all of Jefferson City; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Karen Blake, Jefferson City; seven grandchildren, Amanda Tomblinson, Cory Tomblinson, Kaitlynn Tomblinson, Tyler Blake, Justin Blake, Mackinley Kennedy, and Pierce Kennedy; and one sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Conway Huffman, Jefferson City. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, 2005, at First Assembly of God Church, Jefferson City, with the Rev. Lowell Perkins officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
