Marylyn Elizabeth Wolfe, 94, of Jefferson City passed away Monday, March 10, 2025, at Heisinger Bluffs Senior Living Community.
She was born on September 17, 1930, in Prairie Home, Missouri, the daughter of Henry and Adelia (Zey) Baker.
She was a 1948 graduate of Prairie Home High School in Prairie Home, Missouri.
On May 12, 1951, Marylyn was united in marriage to Hubert G. Wolfe, who preceded her in death on May 5, 1996.
Marylyn worked for the Division of Welfare for four years and later went to work for the Missouri State Highway Patrol for thirty-four years, retiring September 1, 1988.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and the St. Peter Altar Sodality.
Marylyn enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, Cardinal Baseball and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was a loving mother to Steven Wolfe, loving grandmother to her grandson, Jason Wolfe, and her granddaughter, Christy Falter, and her husband, Justin; and a loving great-grandmother to her four great-grandchildren, Skylar Wolfe, Alyssa Walchli, Logan Falter, and Alexis Falter.
She is also survived by one sister, Marie (Dean) Oerly, Boonville, Missouri; one brother, Bob (Janet) Baker, Boonville, Missouri; and lots of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Marylyn was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Franklin Baker and Edward Baker and his wife Arlene; and one sister, Majorie Stock and her husband, Walter.
Visitation will be 9:00-10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Mass of Christian Burial following at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. Msgr. Robert A. Kurwicki, VG officiating.
Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Peter Catholic Church or to St. Peter Catholic School.

Well the gang will all be back together now. Hubert has waited a long time for his Saturday night poker players to show up. She always had a smile and loved to joke around with dad.
