She was born in Koeltztown to Joseph and Elizabeth Bax Otto. She was employed for many years as a hairdresser in the St. Louis area. Survivors include two nieces, Betty Siebeneck, Wardsville; and Betty Schuengel, St. Louis; and two nephews, Bob Wulff, Vienna; and Tom Wulff, Holts Summit. She was a long-time member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Koeltztown, MO. Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
