Micah Alain Felber, 12, of Jefferson City, died Saturday, May 21, 2005, in Osage County. He was born on January 16, 1993 in Columbia, the son of Christopher and Kathy Felber. His father and step-mother, April Felber, survive in Jefferson City. His mother and her fianc, Jeffrey Ehrich survive in Jefferson City. Micah was a sixth grader at Thomas Jefferson Middle School, where he was an excellent student and involved in Games Unlimited, and Track. He was an avid skateboarder, Judo and Tae Kwan Do, roller skater, chess player and a gifted artist. He had many friends and loved his pets. Micah was a gentle and loving young man. Other survivors include one sister, Naomi Rachelle Felber; one half-brother, Alex Felber; one step-brother, Joey Chabloz; three step-sisters, Heather Chabloz, Amber Ehrich, Brittany Ehrich, all of Jefferson City; maternal grandfather and his wife, Max DeYoung and Pierrette Bentivegna, Centertown; maternal grandmother and friend, JoNell Wheeler and Doyle Cooper, Amarillo, Texas; maternal great-grandmother, Edith K. DeYoung, Colfax, WA; and paternal great-grandfather Charlie Felber, Jefferson City. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, William Clifford DeYoung, John Arthur Wheeler, and Betty Jo Wheeler; and paternal great-grandmother, Myrtle Felber. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 25th, 2005, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with Brother Ken Martin officiating. Private burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 24th, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
