Michele Lea Hill, 64, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at St. Mary's Health Center. She was born June 14, 1949, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Doyce Clinton and Betty Jean (Gangwish) Cardwell. She was a 1967 graduate of Jefferson City High School. Michele was married in 1974 to Clayton E. Hill, III in Jefferson City. Michele worked for over thirty years as an examiner for the Missouri Department of Revenue in the Motor Vehicle Licensing Division. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include: her son, Christopher (Stephanie) Hill, McKinney, TX; her mother, Betty Jean Cardwell, Jefferson City; four grandchildren, Phineas Hill; Serendipity Hill; Cameron Hill; Grayson Hill; and two sisters, Jody (Samuel) Williams and Kathy (James) Vache, both of Jefferson City. She was preceded in death by her father, Doyce Clinton Cardwell. Visitation will be 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 1 p.m. Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum.
