Nancy was obviously a great woman and mother to raise a son with the character and generosity as Jerry.
I was so sorry to hear of your loss, Jerry. Many thoughts and prayers sent your way.
Tom, we are thinking about you, prayers
I enjoyed spending time with Nancy when she and my mom owned Yellow Moon. She was a big part of my growing up and will be sorely missed. Thoughts to the family.
Tom and Jerry and families, Nancy was a big part of my life and my families lives for more than the 12 years we shared a business together. She was a friend, a mentor, a business partner, and so much more. I learned a lot about antiques from Nancy and a lot more about life. She was such a strong woman. Our customers enjoyed seeing her and still ask about her. She loved her family and talked about them often. She spoke often about Tommy and Jerry, the best part of her she said. I’m so sorry for your loss.
We send you thoughts of comfort.
With loving memories of “Nancy Northway”, from Daryl & Sheila Jones, Hannah Jones Heet, Sophie Jones Watson, & the folks atYellow Moon in Mooresville.
Tommy and Families, So sorry for your loss. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time.
I was privileged to work with Ms. Northway as Det. Cmdr for the Headquarters Detachment of the Military Dept. of Indiana in the late 1970’s and early 80’s. She was a dedicated professional who worked hard to support all of her troops, ranging from Pvts. to MG’s. That dedication earned her the respect of everyone that knew her. Rest well, you’ve earned it.
So sorry to hear about your mom. I had just read a profile on her career in the National Guard in the News Tribune not too long ago. I have not been out to your store in awhile and didn’t even know she was helping you there. We have not been getting out as much because of the virus. Our thoughts & prayers are with you & Jerry and with the rest of your family. Gary & Tina Carver…
You sure took care of all of us Nancy, I know we haven’t been in touch for awhile but I always remembered the good old days. You were a wonderful mentor & friend. Laurie Celmer
