She was born in Keytesville to Joseph William Kuhler and Cora Woodward Kuhler. She was married on December 28, 1946 in Jefferson City to Joseph John Kremer, Sr. who survives at the home. Other survivors include one son, Joseph J. Kremer, Jr., Springfield; two daughters, Karen K. Maier, Overland Park, Kansas; and Cheryl A. Stoner, Jefferson City; four grandchildren; one sister, Jewell Worthy, Springfield; and three brothers, William Kuhler, Keytesville; Joseph Kuhler, Jr., New Franklin; and Arthur Kuhler, Myrthe Beach, South Carolina. A homemaker, she served as secretary for the Missouri Highway Patrol; the Missouri Conservation Commission; and the Missouri Senate and House of Representatives. She was a member of St. Joseph Cathedral, and was active in local church and charity groups. Memorials are suggested to the Parkinson Foundation, or St. Joseph Cathedral. She was a graduate of Brunswick High School.
