Patricia Marie Newman, 74, of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2019, at Jefferson City Nursing and Rehabilitation.
She was born February 16, 1945, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of the late Raymond Jewell and Agnes Henrietta (Bemboom) Newman.
Patricia worked for the Jefferson City Telephone Company and the State of Missouri as a clerk typist.
She was a former member of St. Peter Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, crafts including painting, and being in nature around animals.
Survivors include one daughter, Angela (Phillip) Love, Rapid City, SD; three grandchildren, Zachary Love, Joshua Love, Hannah Love; and three siblings, Richard (Martha) Newman, Jefferson City; Raymond (Lisa) Newman, Louisville, KY; and Dennis (Missy) Newman, Jefferson City.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Jefferson City Animal Shelter.
