Patrick Kyle “Crotch” Massman, 51, of Westphalia, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at his residence.

He was born August 10, 1972, in Jefferson City, the son of Joseph Bernard and Dora Marie (Johannesmeyer) Massman.

Crotch was a 1990 graduate of Fatima High School in Westphalia.

He was united in marriage on October 5, 1996, in Bonnots Mill, Missouri to Suzanne Marie Mantle who survives at the home.

During high school, Crotch worked for Sestak Feed Store.  He later worked for Westphalia Milling Company and then spent over 25 years as a driver for Bruemmer Trucking.

Crotch was a devout member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and an active participant with the Lions Club where he was the bartender after monthly meetings in Westphalia.  He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, cherishing moments spent with his wife and daughters and faithful companion Daisy.  Whether it was adventuring to the Massman Family Farm in St. Elizabeth, navigating the waters while canoeing or kayaking with friends on the Maries River, or partaking in annual traditions like camping trips and Massman slip n' slide - Crotch's zest for life was evident in every moment he shared with others.

Known for his expertise in building campfires, grilling delicious meals, and hosting memorable pool parties, Crotch's presence always lit up any gathering. He cherished his time embarking on Gator rides with Daisy, venturing into nature for deer hunting excursions, partaking in jeep rides through Osage County, and relishing the camaraderie at deer and turkey camp outings.  Crotch was always up for a good time!
