Paul Joseph Huhmann, 92, of Jefferson City, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018, at The Arbors at Westbrook Terrace in Jefferson City.

He was born July 23, 1926, in Tuscumbia, Missouri, the son of the late Joseph Mathias and Mary Anna (Luebbert) Huhmann.

Paul was a 1944 graduate of Tuscumbia High School.

He was united in marriage on May 3, 1947, in Jefferson City to Regina Rosalia Klein who preceded him in death on February 6, 2018.

Paul worked for Missouri Department of Transportation as a Materials Purchaser Supervisor for 22 years, retiring January 1, 1988. He also worked for Capital Auto Parts for 6 years and Fred Campbell Auto Parts for 15 years.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a lifetime member of State Highway and Transportation Employees Association of Missouri.

Survivors include three daughters, Elizabeth Bohne, Punta Gorda, Florida; Janice (David) Harms, Houston, Texas; Eileen (Rodney) Hutchinson, Kansas City, Missouri; two sons, Virgil (Sandra) Huhmann, Rubicon, Wisconsin; Bruce (Mary “Beth”) Huhmann, Jefferson City; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; two sisters, Rita (Alex) Lewis, Malibu, California; Rosemary (Robert) Popp, O’Fallon, Missouri; one brother, Edward Huhmann, Centertown, Missouri; a brother-in-law, Steve Lutz, Jefferson City; and a sister-in-law, Odella “Del” Huhmann, Tuscumbia, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a granddaughter, Stephanie Harms; three sisters, Lucille Huhmann, Anne Lutz, Norma (Jim) Allain; a brother, Robert Huhmann; and a sister-in-law, Audrey Huhmann.

Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday, November 25, 2018, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a rosary at 1:30 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 26, 2018, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Geoffrey Brooke officiating.

Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum.
