REGINA ANN ROTHOVE

Regina Ann Rothove, 89, of Jefferson City, died Thursday, May 4, 2006, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born on June 29, 1916 in Freeburg, the daughter of Henry Herman and Agnes Margaret Bauer Brendel. She was married on July 26, 1943 in Freeburg to Hubert Herman Rothove who died on March 8, 1983. A homemaker, Mrs. Rothove was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church; St. Anns Ladies Sodality; and a past member of the Immaculata Club. Survivors include four sons and their wives, Carl and Robin Rothove, Jefferson City, Paul and Kathy Rothove, Hartsburg, James and Mary Jean Rothove, Ballwin, MO, David Rothove, Jefferson City; two daughters and their husbands, Marla and Everett Markway, Jefferson City, and Linda and John Lombard, Cape Girardeau; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers and their wives, Herman and Bernadette Brendel, Theodore and Catherine Brendel, all of Westphalia; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Rose Strano, Trenton, NJ, Ida Lynn, Laurel, MD, and Emma and Herb Rackers, Taos. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Adolph Brendel, Leo Brendel, and Ernest Brendel; and one sister, Gertrude Bexten. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 6, 2006, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with the Rev. Patrick G. Dolan officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 5th, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Daniel I.J. Lueckenotte officiating.
