Robert Bob D. Hoffman, 52, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2006, at the residence. He was born on Sept. 11, 1953 in Jefferson City, MO, the son of Michael William Hoffman and Martina Louise Schmitz Hoffman. His mother survives in Jefferson City, MO. Mr. Hoffman was a 1972 graduate of Jefferson City High School and he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Computer Science at Lincoln University in 1987. He was the Human Resource Manager at Capital Plaza Hotel till his illness forced his retirement in November, 2005. Previously, he worked for ABB for twenty-nine years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Other survivors include four brothers and their wives, Mike and Donna Hoffman, Jim and Kim Hoffman, Steve and Pam Hoffman, all of Jefferson City, David and Traci Hoffman, Russellville; and one sister and her husband, Debbie and Mike Duncan, Jefferson City; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21st , 2006, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with the Rev. M. Brendan Griffey officiating. Burial will be in Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
