Sam Raymond Williams, 69, of Jefferson City, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, at St. Marys Health Center. He was born on Feb. 1, 1938, in Jefferson City, the son of Hobert H. and Ruth A. Ferguson Williams. He was married on Sept. 5, 1959, in Jefferson City to Mary Elizabeth Frank who survives at the home. A 1956 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Mr. Williams was a printer for many years with Von Hoffman Press. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church; National Rifle Association; Auxiliary Sheriff with the Cole County Sheriff Department; referee with Bianchi Pistol Match; and co-produced S&J Gun Shows. Other survivors include three daughters and their husbands, Elizabeth Ann and William Howser, Jefferson City; Susan Marie and David Randall, Jefferson City; and Linda Carol and Steven Beck, Holts Summit, MO; ten grandchildren, Rachel, Jessie, Abigail, Nicholas, Sara, Stacy, Alek, Mercedes, Thomas, and Matthew; one great-grandson, John; and two brothers and their wives, Bill and Mary Williams, and James and Mary Williams, all of Jefferson City. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Peggy Eppenauer; and a half-brother, Harry Williams. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26, 2007, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Benjamin Nwosu officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 Thursday, Oct. 25th, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Samaritan Center, 1310 E.
