Scott Dale Caldwell, 38, of Jefferson City, died Sunday, August 30, 2009, at his residence. He lived his life with the challenge of cerebral palsy and did it with a smile on his face. He was born on May 9, 1971, in Jefferson City, the son of Dale Alexander and Virginia Pauline Page Caldwell. His parents survive at the home. Scott was an avid race car fan including dirt track racing and NASCAR. Other survivors include: two brothers, Mark Caldwell, of the home; Kevin Caldwell and wife Virginia, Tipton; and his two grandmothers, Lois Caldwell, and Gladys Page, both of Puxico, MO. He was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, and an aunt. A celebration of Scott’s life will be 10 a.m. Friday, September 4, 2009, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the Scott Caldwell Memorial Fund.
