The Rev. Russell Oliver Dothage

He was born in Warren County, Missouri to George Frank Dothage and Lovie May Jones Dothage. He was married on August 12, 1949 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Ida Belle Hager who survives at home. He was a member of the Home Mission Board for many years and conducted numerous revivals throughout the United States. He was a 1952 graduate of Kansas City College and Bible School. He was an ordained minister in the Church of God (Holiness) for over fifty years. In 1951 he helped establish a Sunday School in Rosedale, Kansas which later became the Rosedale Church of God (Holiness) which he pastored for thirteen years. In 1964 he was appointed to missionary work serving intermittently over an eleven year period on St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, and to churches on Grand Cayman and Anguilla Islands. He also conducted a radio ministry on station PJD2 on St. Kitts for nine yars entitled, "The Holiness Hour". He served pastorates in El Monte, California; Kirksville, Missouri; Belton, Missouri; Valley Chapel in Callao, Missouri; and Jefferson City, Missouri.
