William Manfred Michitsch, 78, of Jefferson City, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Westphalia Retirement Center. He was born on June 1, 1929, in Borovec Yugoslavia, the son of Paul and Pauline Poje Michitsch. He was united in marriage on May 4, 1954, in Frankfurt, Germany, to Margot Irene Lehmann. She preceded him in death on April 15, 2002. Mr. Michitsch was a Korean War veteran with the United States Army. William was a Real Estate agent and an electrical engineer. He was an avid Skier and Tennis player. Survivors include: three daughters and one son-in-law, Sigrid Michitsch, Ramona, CA; Monique Chapman, Lynnwood, WA; Tana and William Scott, Ramona, CA; three sons and three daughters-in-law, Dr. Robin and Kristie Michitsch, Jefferson City; Kent and Teresa Michitsch, Ramona. CA; Gerald and Bertha Michitsch, Russellville; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Elsa Michitsch, Agoura Hills, CA; and ten grandchildren.
