She was born in Jefferson City to Louis McClellan and Sophia Elizabeth Hickman Miller. She was married on November 27, 1938 in Jefferson City to William John Toebben who died on August 14, 1976. Mrs. Toebben is survived by a daughter, Beverly J. Bischoff, Jefferson City; grandchildren, Shari L. White, Connie J. Lallement, Deborah S. Ranger, and Janeice L. Terranova; great-grandchildren, Caleb B. Lallement, Cameron M. Lallement, and Joshua N. Ranger; and a twin-brother, Millard Emerald Miller, El Cajon, California. She was preceded in death by her son, William J. Toebben; and a sister, Ruby Franken. A homemaker, she was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
