I haven't seen nor spoken to Dale in years, however I came across his "business-card" from State Highway Patrol and it brought back many fond memories of the Major, We worked together many times in year's past, as I was the Traffic Commander for STLPD city for 8-9 years back in the late 80s and early 90s. I just learned of his passing, very sad news! My deepest sympathy to his wife and family, Dale was a terrific man, Trooper, husband, father and friend. He will certainly be missed. Heaven has another leader!
